I’m so excited to share this brand with you! I tried the Oil and the Tea from Olbas. Let’s take a look…
Olbas Oil smells so amazing, its a blend of soothing essential oils that benefit you when you are sick with a cold but also can be used if you are healthy and just need some aromatherapy. I absolutely love any natural cures for sickness so this one comes to you highly recommended by me!
Here’s the scoop:

“Over 100 years ago, herbalists and botanists developed a blend of pure essentials oils that came to be known as Olbas Oil. The name OLBAS is an acronym for Oleum Basileum, “Oil from Basle.” Basle is nestled on the border of Switzerland, Germany and France in the very heart of Europe, and to this day is a center of pharmaceutical research in Switzerland.”

Olbas oil can be used in massage therapy, helps open breathing passages if you have a stuffy nose, aids in soothing tense muscles, achy joints, helps with headaches and more. I just keep it on my desk to breathe in because I love the clean scent. You can put a few drops in an essential oil diffuser too.
Made from essential oils of Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Cajeput, Wintergreen, Juniper, and Clove, the scent is invigorating!
There is also an Olbas Herbal Tea. Great to keep on hand for when you feel like you are coming down with something or if you have a stuffy nose or cold. Or if you just want a cup of tea!
This tea contains:

Grape Sugar, Sugar, 20 Herb Extract (Peppermint, Chamomile, Fennel, Thyme, Iceland Moss, Licorice Root, Lungwort Herb, Star Anise, Marigold, Yarrow Root, Elder Flowers, Lime Flowers, Blackberry Leaves, Sage, Eucalyptus Leaves, Plantain Leaves, Cyani Flowers, Cowslip, Mullein Flowers, Malva Flowers), Fruit Pectin, Menthol, Peppermint Oil, and Eucalyptus Oil.

So many nutrient dense botanicals are included in this tea!
Simply scoop the tea (its little pellets that melt) into hot water and stir. It doesn’t contain any caffeine so you will not feel jittery. The tea not only smells good but has a pleasant flavor. I love herbal remedies and these are definitely in rotation anytime someone around me is sick or feels like they are coming down with something.
You can find these items plus more at the Olbas website here. There is a salve which I am sure is very helpful when you have pain or sore muscles, if it smells anything like the oil then I need it immediately.
