I have always liked Rene Furterer products, especially the deep conditioners and dry shampoo. Right away I want to let you know that this brand does not test on animals, and regarding the safety and toxicity, here’s what they say:
Right away I want to let you know that this brand does not test on animals. And my concern is whether products are toxic or not and here’s what they say on that topic:

René Furterer products are not certified organic; however, René Furterer has developed internal standards to grow its plants under the strictest conditions which meet the same requirements as our medical drugs. Additionally, as a pharmaceutical company, we combine natural ingredients with pharmaceutical ingredients for the best performance and safety.

I have used this brand quite a bit over the years and feel they are safe, their products are very effective and high quality. As always, be your own advocate and read up on specific ingredients.
Now, let’s look at the Vegetal Texture Spray!
This spray is ideal for fine hair that needs a little volume and oomph which mine does! Though it gives hair body and shine, it does not weigh hair down, I like that it’s extremely light and does not leave any residue or stickiness behind. This spray is ideal for hairstyles that require a strong hold with a lot of volume. I like big hair, I can’t help it!
The Cakile (Cakile is a succulent that grows along coastlines and holds hydration) extract allows hair to retain moisture and leaves hair soft yet locked in place.

I don’t leave the house without sunscreen on, ever. This Botanical Sunscreen from Australian Gold is spf 50 and is non-greasy, fast absorbing and is free of parabens, paba, oxybenzone, and isn’t tested on animals.

This isn’t thick, goopy nor will it leave your skin coated with a white film. It actually feels nice after its applied. With shea butter, it gives skin a bit of hydration too and the light scent is nice and doesn’t irritate my fragrance sensitivities.  This sunscreen is water resistant for 80 minutes, so always be sure to reapply if you are one to swim.
Active ingredients are Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide while the Inactive ingredients include:
Alumina, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Caprylyl Glycol, Cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 Dimethicone, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Disodium EDTA, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Extract, Fragrance, Glycerin, Hexyl Laurate, Panthenol, PEG-10 Dimethicone, Phenoxyethanol, Polyglyceryl-4 Isostearate, Polymethylsilsesquioxane, Porphyra Umbilicalis (Red Algae) Extract, Silica, Squalane, Stearic Acid, Terminalia Ferdinandiana (Kakadu Plum) Fruit Extract, Tocopheryl Acetate*, Water
There’s a lot of chatter about dimethicone and whether or not its good or bad. Some people react to it while others are fine, you will have to determine for yourself if this is an ingredient that bothers your skin. I  typically use facial devices without it, on my body or hair its fine.
Australian Gold can be found at Target, WalMart, online and in drug stores.

This Colorflo Foundation comes from Susan Posnick and I love how easy it is to apply!

Lightweight, mineral foundation protects skin from the sun and given that the creator of the products, Susan Posnick herself had skin cancer, she’s diligent in using and making products that offer non toxic, mineral protection.
I like how whisper light and silky the powder is while giving nice coverage. It doesn’t look cakey or sit on top of the skin like powdered sugar, it blends well and looks natural. Since the powder and brush is one unit, it’s perfect for travel.
